England and Wales: official house price statistics

While the NOFEE Index is rebuilt on official and open data, it shows the UK House Price Index for England, Wales and the nine regions of England.

What this is: the UK House Price Index, the official measure of average prices of registered residential sales, mix-adjusted, published monthly about two months after the month it covers. Recent months are provisional and are revised as more sales are registered.
